    For any that have chronic back pain or just a sore back I highly recommend this book Easy to read with simple but freuent excercises which really work I have only been doing these excercises for 3 days and my back which over the last 12 months has been treated by both physiotherapists and chiropracters which has given some relief but never felt as good as it does nowI cannot recommend this book highly enough
